This is my first attempt at roasting my own coffee at home. If anybody is as obsessive about this stuff as I am, home roasting is a great way to improve your espresso by an order of magnitude without having to spend anything other than what you would ordinarily spend on pre-roasted beans.

This particular batch is Has Bean’s Jailbreak Espresso blend, and it is without a shadow of a doubt the best espresso I’ve ever had.
